Children's & Youth Work forum
The Synod's Children's and Youth Work Forum has three main functions:
- To support and oversee Synod children's and youth work
- To provide a focal point for all those with relevant area
or synod roles
- To share relevant ecumenical information and national
issues
The Forum provides a place of networking and discussion for all those
with area and synod roles relating to youth and children's work. It
seeks to support work with young people and children in local churches
through sharing ways of working, disseminating information, planning
Synod events and activities, being aware of ecumenical initiatives and
highlighting national issues. The Forum is accountable to the Synod
