New Growth Fund
Purpose of the Fund

The Southern Synod wants to encourage churches and Districts to develop their own mission thinking and continue to be agents for evangelism in each local community. The New Growth Fund (NGF) is a tool to enable this strategy to be met by:

  • Providing financial support
  • Supporting initiatives at District level which encourage spiritual growth
  • Promoting new projects which will take priority over churches and Districts who have already received NGF funding
  • Innovations that lead to new developments
  • Giving priority to churches that have had NO NGF funding
  • Supporting churches who have little or NO reserves

Grants are normally limited to £5,000 and only one grant will be approved for each project.
