The aim of the Church and Society Committee is to:

  • to share with churches issues and resources regarding social issues
  • to receive ideas and concerns from local churches and to facilitate development
  • to resource churches to engage in social action to enable effective mission and address social injustice
  • to liaise with national bodies to disseminate information and resources to local churches

As part of National Breastfeeding Awareness Week, Baby Milk Action are running a campaign to hold Nestle to account which we would encourage you to support - www.babymilkaction.org

If you haven't done so, then please print off and complete the Church Application Form and register with the Fairtrade Foundation. Once registered this will give you the right to display the Fairtrade certificate on your church premises.
